Cada turbocompresor, componente y kit nuevo o remanufacturado tiene garantía contra defectos de fabricación durante 1 año a partir de la fecha de compra. Todas las unidades devueltas a TurboTurbos para consideración de garantía deben enviarse con flete prepago. No se aceptarán envíos por cobrar. Si se aprueba su garantía, le reembolsaremos el costo del envío de devolución.
Los turbocompresores, componentes y kits OEM nuevos o remanufacturados enviados para consideración de garantía a menudo requieren que devolvamos la unidad al fabricante original para su procesamiento. Nuestra garantía NO cubre los daños al turbo causados por modificaciones injustificables como altas prestaciones, o uso en vehículos deportivos de carreras.
Nuestra garantía sólo cubrirá el producto en sí; no incluirá gastos relacionados con mano de obra de instalación, inspecciones y pruebas de terceros, daños o fallas causadas en otras partes.
Política de devolución y cambio de turbocompresor, componente y kit
La devolución de piezas NO INSTALADAS se tratará como una devolución estándar y estará sujeta a una tarifa de reposición del 15 %. También debe seleccionar reemplazar o cambiar dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra. Tenga en cuenta que el cliente es responsable del coste del envío de devolución.
La devolución de cualquier pieza INSTALADA no generará reembolso ni excepciones. Nos encargaremos de conseguirle una pieza de repuesto si por error se envía la pieza incorrecta.
